Bookpack Information CHALK Education has organised a proficient method for supplying student bookpacks. Samples of our books and stationery can be delivered to your school at your request. A product list will be supplied for you to individually specify your requirements for each year group. Please call us to make any inquiries and to arrange a delivery time that suits you. Our Bookpacks: • Contain all the books and stationery a student requires for one complete school year. • Are built to the school’s specification. • Can be individually packaged for each student or class sets can be organised. • Pre ordered bookpacks that are paid for in full can be delivered to the school the week prior to children returning or distributed by Chalk Education staff at your convenience. • Parents who miss the delivery dates will be able to pick up bookpacks from the Chalk Education shop front. Our Bookpack order forms: • Are colour coded for each year level for ease of use • Are printed when the school has finalised their choices and delivered free of charge. • Completed by the parents and returned to the school • Partial orders are available • The school can nominate their own timeline for ordering and receiving bookpacks Our Packing and Collection Procedure: • Each booklist is double checked to account for all ordered goods • Whole class packaging is available. • Any items that are unavailable are recorded on the invoice. They are delivered directly to the school when they become available. • 3 extra bookpacks at each year level will be made available to the school for new enrolments. Payments and Receipts: • Payment instructions are clearly detailed on the order forms sent home to parents • Individual receipts will be attached to each bookpack Other services: • Additional bookpack lists can be printed for new enrolments and orders can be placed throughout the school year • Books and stationery items are carried in our shop throughout the school year • Additional products, not listed on the order form, can be sourced on request Prepayment Rewards: • 5% cash back is available on pre ordered bookpacks or • 10% in-store credit is available on pre ordered bookpacks. • *NEW* 5% Loyalty Discount Card issued to school and each staff member (Valid for the entire school year) Chalk Education is a locally owned store, run by teachers for teachers.
