No permission is given in respect of use of any of the above, and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights. Placing Orders 1. All orders to include item code, product description, price. 2. Orders may be placed in person or by fax or email. Please quote your order number and payment details. Terms and Methods of Payment 1. Website orders must be prepaid by using Visa, Mastercard or direct deposit. 2. Schools may place orders using a purchase order form and have 14 days Nett from date of invoice in which to pay. Prices 1. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax) 2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Specially Ordered Goods Specially ordered items (not of stock line) are deemed to be firm sales and cannot be returned unless damaged. Return and Refund Policy You received Incorrect or Damaged Items Contact Chalk Education within two working days of receipt of goods. Prior approval must be obtained from Chalk Education staff before returning goods. A Return Authority Number will be given to you upon approval. Chalk Education will nominate the method of return. Returning Goods 1. Goods must be returned in their original condition. 2. Goods will be accepted for credit or replacement at the sole discretion of Chalk Education. Delivery Policy Where We deliver 1. Australia Wide 2. Overseas by arrangement Carrier In Australia: Parcel Post Overseas: By arrangement with Customer Packaging Goods are securely packed by Chalk Education to reduce handling and possible damage in transit. An invoice for the items purchased including notification of any items backordered is included with delivery. Confirmation Via email Delivery Schedule Please allow 2 weeks from time of ordering until receipt of goods. Occasionally items can be out of stock and may be backordered.
